"The property is an historic building, and is very beautiful with lots of antique pine and other period features. It is situated over three floors which gave us plenty of space. Very tastefully & simply decorated, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge & washing machine, it is very comfortable and provides everything you could need for a short trip. Perfect location, literally around the corner from the tapestry and the historic town centre of Bayeux. Jean-Marie’s breakfast was also perfect each morning."

"The location of this B&B i Bayeux is quite excellent, nice and quiet while in the center of the town, , only a small walk from the famous Bayeux tapestry museum and lots of restaurants. The house is large and old with an intense charme. You need to know this before booting the B&B, not all will appreciate the old stairs and the rustic style, but we just loved it :) A small garden is available to enjoy the breakfast when the weather allows."

"A fantastic location, 4 minutes walk from the cathedral, 2 minutes from the Bayeux Tapestry museum. Free Parking on the street wasn’t a problem for us; we did have the option of the narrow garage, but didn’t need it. Jean-Marie was an excellent host, providing a superb continental breakfast with bread, croissants and pain au chocolat fresh from the bakery each morning. The property is 18th century, tastefully restored with original, traditional materials and spread over 3 floors. Access to the second and third floor is via a spiral staircase, which was fine for us but might prove difficult for those with mobility problems. The beds are very comfortable but low. The bathroom is on the middle floor, bedroom on the top floor, but there is an alternative bed next to the bathroom."

"Unique charming property in an old house with a lot of personality. It is arranged over three levels connected by a staircase. The host was very nice, and very attentive to the stay going well. A delicious breakfast is also served every morning. The B&B also features a garage to leave the car (note the entrance is fairly narrow) which is a clear bonus in Bayeux. The B&B location is also very good, a short stroll away from Bayeux attractions."
